Welcome
We would like to familiarize you with the house rules to ensure you have a pleasant stay in our accommodation while also respecting the comfort of other guests and the host.
- The accommodation is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables left in the apartment/room. The owner cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Guests are responsible for their behavior within the property and its surroundings and shall bear the consequences of any accidents caused by their actions.
- Please lock the apartment/room door whenever you leave the property. Before leaving, make sure to lock all doors and windows, close sun umbrellas, switch off lights and electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove, etc.), and turn off the water.
- The property owner has the right to enter the apartment/room in the guest’s absence only in exceptional circumstances to prevent possible damage or danger. The guest will be informed of such entry at the earliest opportunity.
- Damaging furniture or equipment, causing disorder, and disturbing other guests are strictly prohibited. Particular attention should be paid to maintaining quiet hours between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- The apartment/room facilities may only be used by registered guests. Visits by non-registered persons may be allowed only with the host’s prior approval and within an agreed time frame.
- The possession or storage of weapons, explosives, and highly flammable materials is strictly prohibited.
- The use of equipment and appliances that are not part of the apartment/room inventory is allowed only with the host’s permission.
- Pets are allowed only with the prior consent of the host.
- If any installations, furniture, appliances, or equipment are damaged or malfunction, guests are required to inform the host immediately. If the damage was caused by the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage.
- Removing equipment or inventory from the apartment/room (such as towels, blankets, or other items) is not permitted.
- In the event of non-compliance with these house rules, the host reserves the right to terminate accommodation services.
- Please provide your ID card or passport to the host immediately upon arrival for registration with the local Tourist Board, as required by Croatian law.
